The breakfast was very good for vegetarian, reasonably priced. The room was comfy with complimentary champagne, a kingsize bed, air conditioning and the location was unbeatable.

The hotel is wonderful and clean with appetising food and informative staff. The breakfast is very good with a huge variety of food. The services are helpful, including a nice pool. Use the parking nearby. The location is great, 2 km from Retro Music Hall. There is a great restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from venue.

I know some people have commented on the size of the room.Plenty big enough for two. Very very comfortable, very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good and cook/waitress cannot be faulted. The lift big enough for 4 people although tight. It never failed once. The area was a bit off putting at first but my wife and I, both elderly, never felt uncomfortable walking around the area whatever the time. Once you figure the tram system easy and quick to get anywhere in the city. Tram, bus & metro system 10 times better than UK. They even keep tickets to purchase in Hotel reception. Very hot when there and pool a big bonus, even though there is a small charge. For the price unbeatable hotel
Very hot when we were there. No air conditioning but with the hotel price this is understandable but lack of fans unacceptable. The view from windows was awful but this is an inner city hotel and I did not go there to spend time in my room looking out of the window.

Helpful staff, good English spoken. Sorted me out a take away breakfast as I was leaving very early (05:00) - despite not arriving until 21:00 the previous night.Good facilities by the looks of it (pool, sauna) - but I did not have time to enjoy them.
A good distance (tram ride) from city centre and not the most salubrious of areas. Room was a little cramped but spotlessly clean.

Everything was simply good. I ate at a great restaurant with tasty food and friendly prices. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, close enough to a tram station. Convenience stores and shops were right next door.
